I love food but when I cook I hardly eat and I’ve heard this is quite normal.
Just in case you are wondering why I’m not skinny if i don’t eat, deserts are my downfall when it comes to my diet, apple crumble with custard, brownies with cream, raspberry cheesecake, hovis digestive with Philadelphia cream cheese, dVees red velvet cake plus the hips i inherited from my mama are the reasons I would never be a size zero model, he he he.
My diet pitfalls are not really what I planned to blog about.
I didn’t even plan to write this post until I tasted my dinner.
Like I said I don’t really eat when I cook but there are a number of dishes that I created/cooked that have made me put modesty aside, pat myself on the back and say V2 you are gifted, dishes like the DVees creamy prawns and plantain delight, DVees stir fry bean cakes and now this stir fry noodles.
DVees stir fry rice noodles, mixed vegetables sautéed in coconut oil and black garlic, king prawns tossed in almond oil seasoned herbs and spices.
Cooking time: 15 mins, serves: 2, costs > £5.
375g of cooked rice noodles
250g of king prawns
135g of mixed vegetables
Almond oil &coconut oil
Salt, herbs and spices to taste
I duff my hat to the cook 🙂
